Card is made from card-stock cut into a large circle using my X-cut system then scored & folded in half. A die-cut Spellbinders nestabilities scalloped circle & circle die is then added on foam pads, with the image layered on top. I've covered the car-blank in pink patterned paper from the collection, then cut a half circle using the medium cutting plate from the X-cut system & added some pretty white lace before attatching. Notice the cute little brown flower tab to the bottom right...
I've inked the edges of the image circle with Spun Sugar Distress Ink & sanded all the other embossed edges with an emory board. Flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts except cream roses which will be available from my e-bay store shortly, as are the silver embossed butterflies.
Pretty whit heart shaped doily has been used which I've just found a great seller for on e-bay & will be adding a link to the store in my side bar shortly. 'Special' sentiment spelled out with Cosmo Cricket mini-alphas on handmade tab. I've also added 2 pins & a silver heart lock charm.
